James Evans – Principal Solicitor


James Evans is the Principal Solicitor of the practice. He is a lawyer with international legal experience spanning over 22 years in the Republic of Ireland and other jurisdictions including Australia and the United Kingdom. Having initially qualified to practise in Australia (1992) and New Zealand (1999), he secured admission to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2001.

He holds the degrees of Bachelor of Laws (University of Queensland) and Master of Laws (University of Sydney) concentrating on the areas of litigation and dispute resolution.

Since becoming a qualified solicitor, James has worked for large law firms in both Australia and Ireland gaining extensive and valuable experience and knowledge in a broad range of fields and specifically in litigation and dispute resolution along the way. This experience and knowledge has been gained whilst working with a range of clients.

He has acted for individual clients, charitable organisations, small and medium-sized businesses, companies, insurance companies and financial institutions. His experience has seen him work on a number of major and prominent litigation cases in Australia and Ireland.

James is also a fully Accredited Mediator with Mediation Forum Ireland and an accredited Collaborative Family Law practitioner dealing with family law disputes.
